Can I use windows mobile SDk to develop applications for blackberry devices or it is only smart phones?

I lust after to know if I develop APIs and extensions using Windows Mobile Platform will it also support blackberry devices and Steal PC and smartphones.

I have got an O2 XDA2 mini Swipe PC. It's running windows mobile 2003. I want to upgrade it to windows mobile 2005 SDK. My Question is Can this be upgraded or not?
Please Inform appropriate me with this.
I characterize as the only place you will get a reliable answer is on the O2 website.
I have the XDA Exec and they have sorted out a couple of problems with this.

The Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK is a Software Developers Kit (that you fix in place on a desktop and use with Microsoft Visual Studio) to develop software for device constant Windows Mobile 5. You should notice the supported operating systems mentioned - Windows XP, WIndows 2003 server. The SDK is NOT an upgrade for any PDA.
