Is it possible to run Windows Mobile on standard PC?

Is it doable to run Windows Mobile on a standard PC? If yes, would it require little power? If it would work, i'd just want it to surf the net.

never tried but most fitting yes. you might have trouble witht the video settings and some features migh be disabled but if it does occupation internet would definetley work. it would require less power yes.

I have downloaded and installed visual studio 2008 standard print run... this edition does not seem to come with windows mobile application ... from where i can dl it??... i search msdn...couldn't find it

even evidence edition doesn't come with mobile application development.
