How to get a verizon ringtone that came with the phone for att?

Hey, my patron has this really cool ringtone for verizon i think its called ringtone 19, and i was wondering if i could get that for my att phone. do you discern a site or how? thanks :)

i found where it says buy. but how will i be charged? will it at best add the money to my bill? will i have to subscribe for something?

ATT Wireless lets you use free downloaded ringtone?

hi, I planning to get LG Rub up phone from ATT wireless, but I was wondering if you can transfer like MP3 format ringtones to that phone sending it by email method? And conserve it as ringtone? reason is verizon wireless don't let me do that... I have motorola krzr k1m phone.. when I send that ringtone to my phone it didn't have options to keep as ringtone..
