which us cellular phones can you make a voice record a ringtone?

have us cellular phone and im intrested in getting a new phone and i would like a phone where i can survive a voice recording my ringtone. Which us cellular phones allow me to do that?

my doxy has it and you can record whatever and make it your ringtone, also the siemens cf62 but it isnt a great phone so i would'nt recomend it I had it before,,
also the sony ericsson is affordable it isnt to pricy, incompatible with the razr sometimes can go over 150 dollars..

Where can I find a ringtone maker that supports US Cellular phone? Preferably the LG UX300.?

I only switched my service to US Cellular and the ringtone maker that I purchased a while ago doesn't support US Cellular or the phone that I have now. I've been searching all day and I can't find ANYTHING. Someone inform appropriate! Thanks! <3

Are there any sites where I can LEGALLY convert an iTunes song into a ringtone for my cellular phone?

I looked at mytinyphone.com and myxer.com, but it's in effect ridiculous! It's telling you that you can make your own ringtones from an mp3 file, but if you use anything copyrighted- it's illegal! So what is it difficult to get at? Their ABOUT US and TERMS & CONDITIONS pages DON'T HELP AT ALL, because I'm only 15 and I don't understand a word they're saying! When i see that you can't use anything copyrighted, then I judgement you can't really use any songs, right?! Can you help me understand the point of these sites and if there is any legality to them? Also, I've seen software (at Butt) that was like $10 and you can convert any mp3 file into a ringtone for your phone. Is THAT legal? Because I may as well just buy it a substitute alternatively of trying to figure out all of this copyright stuff. 10 points to the first person who answers all of my questions to my happiness.

Look for a program called PureVoice by Qualcomm. You can find it unrestrained online. You can use the program to convert the music file to a ringtone type file.
Then go to http://www.sprintusers.com and click on the distinct tab. There you can have the file sent in a text message to your phone that you can download as a new ringtone.
