How to convert a Ringtone file to an MP3 file?

I get all of my ringtones from myxer.com. when i try to download the ringtone for an iPhone, it makes it a ringtone enter.
the only way for it to work on my phone, is if it were an MP3 file.
How do you convert it, or how do you download the file to become an MP3 file?

was told to convert my ringtone to soome variety of an format to be able to go on my Htc pro from verizon.. i have a ringtone on here but its on itunes i was told it needs to be format.... i never done this berfore how do i do this

i deem most htc phones accepts mp3 as a ringtone. but if you want to shorten it or edit it, you can use adobe's audition.

Hey, I was wondering what the name of this app is. It’s Positively what I’m looking for, and have been not able to find until now. I tried searching for “Ringtones,” as that was in clear stamp, but that didn’t unusually drudgery… at least not how I wanted it to. Any balm would be appreciated, or names of other apps that do this.
