i have alltel, and i dont have a devise that lets me get on the internet without fees. how much will show up on the bill if i download a ringtone from ventones.com? i know its a free site but i just desire to know how much alltel charges for using the internet without a plan.

the only free way to get ringtones is to make your own.
if you own the mp3 file , you have the right to cut it and convert it into a ringtone. I use the put Ventones to make my own ringtones for FREE

I privation a website that i can easily download for free the ringtone leaning low by Chubbie Baby Ft. Lil' Wayne and Juelz Santana.

I have a cubicle phone ( Alltel) Its a Samsung, and I want to download a "free" ringtone on my cell phone for "free". Could someone improve me out with this please?
