Im tryin to download this ringtone i need for my phone on the computer, because my phone dont have web so it wont downloaded through my phone, so im tryin to download the ringtone on the computer and somehow send the downloaded ringtone to my phone. in consequence of u!

I downloaded a ringtone off this website and it sent me a extract that said 'get your contents by entering the pin code.' Will i be charged for downloading it?
