I am not guaranteed if this helps but the best place to get unlimited free ringtones and wallpapers is www.mobile17.com. You can upload any envision you'd like to have as a wallpaper to the website and they will send you a link to the picture in a text communication. It's completely free and a lot better than paying $2 for a wallpaper and $3 for a ringtone.

umnet.com is the superb site to get free ringtones, games, wallpapers and other free phone stuff.

there are 30,000+ free ringtones sorted by sector, you can find what you want easily by searching title key words, you can play online, then pick out what you like and download to your pc. a lot of ways to transfer ringtones from your pc to phone, eg: cable, infrerad, bluetooth, memroy be honest, even email.

us cellular ringtone downloads; preferably free?

ive tried a million and one install trying to find one that will let me download ringtones and/or wallpaper & either us cellular doesnt support it or you have to do a subscription; can any one ascertain me if theres a website where i can download by the ringtone or by the use or something so i dont have to subscribe to anything

from mp3 and cd's . i use it all the time you can just use a
Youtube video, its so unhurried because you can find any song in the world on Youtube
