can anyone announce me where I can download a free and easy to use mobile phone ringtone converter?

I dont conscious any websites but i do know that when we were at "half priced books" they had a 5 dollar software that when you have songs on your computer you can pick your favorite part of the tune and you make 30 seconds long(the amount for a ringtone) and then you put it on your phone. you can also mix the songs together.

I have need of some good mmf voice ring tones which web site offers it for free? Please help me out. I have downloaded some software like Mobile music, ringtone converter, Polyphonic wizard but all r shareware and can proselytize only 1 second of the file. Please suggest me some freeware prgs or sites that allows to download mmf files for free...
