How do you put free ring-tones on your samsung rogue if you sync a ring-tone from your computer?

I can download free ring-tones to the samsung rogue but I don't distinguish how to make it a ring-tone because it doesn't give me a choice. Please help me with steps or something.

I actually love that song by Keri Hilson ft. Lil Wayne called "Turnin Me On" but I don't demand to buy a ring tone that I will probably change in a month or so. Is there a website that I can get free ring tones?

it depends on what transporter you have. i know some won't allow you to get tones from 3rd party companies. if you don't have restrictions like that you can go to funformobile.com like the other homeboy stated or you can run your own by downloading audacity 1.2.6 at download.com. it's safe don't worry. i used to use it all the space but i've outgrown tones. try it out 1st though.
