Im looking for a free ringtone maker that works. I dont need a trial version.

go to 3guppies.com. it occupied to be happy puppy, but they changed their name a few months ago. it's great...you upload a song, crop it, and sent to your phone. also workds with pictures, too.

I don't recall of a reputable free ringtone maker but freeringers.net only requires a one time payment of about $8 to download the software and they will relay any ringtones, animations, wallpapers you represent.
