I didn't wish the phone for the internet just texting, so I didn't purchase the web feature. Does anyone identify where I can download free tone without links? Good answers please.

I can download free confederation-tones to the samsung rogue but I don't know how to make it a ring-tone because it doesn't give me a pick. Please help me with steps or something.

I well-grounded got my new phone, and I was wondering if you guys know of a site I could use to get good free ring tones.
I don't after viruses on my computer from going to the site,
and I don't want to be charged for anything.
Hope you can help.
