I use audacity to make my ringtones for my phone and I hand-me-down to have an LG Chocolate and the songs would sound super clear but now i have an LG 8700 and i sent the same consummate ringtone i used on the choc...and when i put it on loud (so i can hear it) it was blasting and sounded horrible...even when i turned it down it was soo garish...then i tried messing with the output volume and that didn't help either!!!...BUT when i put the full inexpensively of the ringtone clip i'm trying to make on my phone it sounds perfect!!!! ahhh avoid me! and i dont want another program I just want to know what to change so it sounds fresh on my phone! thanks.
does anyone else have this phone and problems?
I've tried to export it as wav and mp3 but they both solid exactly the same on my phone as ringtones.
In the sttings of the MP3, use 128kpbs of mark... (it's CD quality) it creates a bigger file but it's worth it... (I make my ringtones too) 30 seconds = 420Kbs approx.

I have a T-Agile Razr, and I one time made a ringtone and it told me to go to the internet on my phone and enter in a link, but it didn't occupation. So I need something free to make a ringtone without needing to use the internet.
I have alltel and a razr and for me its as tranquilly as hooking my phone up to my computer with a usb cord and downloading the ringtones i make onto my razr ..i use moterolla phone tools ..some companies shut off your phone from being able to hook up to a computer ..but if you ask for them to unblock access to your phone they have to do it
