I was wondering how you make ringtones for your phone. I've done it a a handful of times but the way I do it seems to be the long way around, I'm thinking there must be an easier way. I have to change my mp3s into wav format and then chop them up to ringtone in detail in another program (one that doesn't support mp3's thats why i had to convert them) and then I had to download a free bother of yet another program to change them back to mp3's for my phone. Not only that, but my free trial is about to run out! Let me know if you know an easier way to do this, or if you be versed of a program where I can just cut up the MP3's.

I have a Razr V3 From Cingular and I wanted to recognize if anyone knew any free programs I could download to make ringtones. I Understand that There are programs out there that I can upload a tune and cut out a certain portion & send to my phone to use as a ringtone. I know how to send things from my pc to my phone [I have a bluetooth adapter for my pc] all I neediness to know are if there are any free programs to use to make ringtones.
