It depends what commotion you are looking for. Best Google the name of the song plus 'true tone' or 'real note'. Different sites sell different songs as different tune types.

how do i make my blackberry play real tones?

This is soooooo frustrating. I've been unsound a blackberry for a long time and just recently bought one (the BLACKBERRY 1700g) on ebay and it says that it plays polyphonic ringtones and it also says "especially ringtones supports MIDI and ADPCM formats", what does that truly mean? I want to be able to play actual real tones on it with words. Is it possible to do that? And if so, how do I go about doing that?

Not with the 1700g - the only fixation is supports is basic ringtones - you'll need to upgrade your 'berry for better ringtones. MIDI are focal ringtones as are ADPCM ones. No voices.
