I have a cell phone ( Alltel) Its a Samsung, and I stand in want to download a "free" ringtone on my cell phone for "free". Could someone help me out with this please?

im exasperating to find some ringtones like my favorite music for free without crappy verizon wireless saying anything about it. sooo, any sites?
oh and i dont have the music that i lack so i cant create a ringtone..

myxer charges , i tried them and i ended up getting $20 charges on my bill every month for 6 months. I had to end up line my phone company and putting a block on them. and they texted me every day with spam.
