I want a ringtone that is a standard ringtone on most sanyo phones, can someone help me?

The ringtone is the ringer and bring up its a standard old telephone ring with a womans voice saying incoming call. is there a way to get this ringer? I have tried almost every position with no luck help please.
Thank you for all your help but the ringer I am speaking of: if you watch 24 its the ringer jack bauer has on his room phone, just add a woman voice that says incoming call. this is the ringer that i am looking for
