How do I send a ringtone to my tracfone?

I grasp this has been asked before, but I have a tracfone w260g. It does not connect to my pc and i have already tried sending a ringtone from another phone and from the internet, etc. All I am looking for is a method that works such as some genus of data transfer program or a website that sends mms to tracfones.

I appetite the song Girlfriend by avril lavigne as my ringtone on my tracfone cell but i just dont distinguish how to get it please help me!!!!!

If you have the nokia tracfone tag than you might be in luck as long as it isnt the Nokia 1100 model. All you have to do is do what I did b/c their is no other way b/c tracfone's software "locks" sms ringtones where you send a ringtone to your phone by words messaging or at least I thought. You can go to midicenter.com get some free midi ringtones EX. Avril lavigne (I dont recall if they have the ringtone available for download but this is the concept of getting tones to your phone). THEN go to http://www.vavolo.com Search for Nokia CA-42 Information cable but it for $10 it will ship to your house install the software and drivers on your pc I promote XP then Take the tones you download off midicenter.com and copy and paste it into the phone after you plugged the string into your phone and the computer and the connection is established. It can be done just for the record I have 2 Nokia 2126's that are tracfones with wallpapers and ringtones b/c of the text cable. If you were to order a original Data cable from nokia expect to pay a massive $50 just for the cable I am trying to save you $40 bucks here. Expectedly you have a nokia tracfone so this will work for you
