I have a sidekick 3 and i requirement to put the songs i already have on it into a ringtone. Is that possible?

How do you make songs your ringtone on the LG Chocolate?
I already have the songs on there but how can I commission them my ringtone?
Well the Chocolate is an mp3 gambler. If you want to use one of your songs under "Music" in the menu, you can't. It has to be a ringtone under the ringtones folder.
