You can either do one of two things, (1) grate the ringtone volume or (2) use a program to edit the mp3 file on your computer to make it louder.
(1) From the standby it's something like menu > settings > feeling tab > ringtone volume > set it to the highest? If this doesn't work then try the second thing.
