my phone does not let me download them or click on any browsers, so i desperate straits ones that can just be sent to my phone and i can save them under my sounds. But i need rigtones that are pardon.? Please help me.

I have a virgin mobile phone and i tried websites but none do virgin mobile ringtones

You have to pay the download internet charge if you pay-pre-use the internet.. (.01c kbs for ATT operator)
Avg. ringtone is about 150kbs

There's no extra texts sent to your phone unless you notify up for them.. ONLY YOUR RINGTONE LINK

So yes the ringtone and site is FREE.. but there is internet charges from your provider if you don't have internet on your phone..
