I have the move but i can't seem to get a ringtone loaded and working. I have the memory card and the adapter. I also have some nice software that I can abbreviate and adjust my music but what kind of format does it have to be in and how do i use it?

i have a moterolla v220 and i paucity to upload a ringtone.. what program would i need that is free and what format do i need to put my music file in
