How do I get Verizon ringtones on my phone?
Apr 17, 2007 by nycityslik | Posted in Cell Phones & Plans
I have Motorola krzr with Verizon and it has the Get It Now program on it. I skilled in how to transfer/sync music files from my computer to my phone, which automatically places it in the My Music folder of my phone. Is there anyway I can take a short music file (my intended ringtone) from the My Music folder to the My Ringtones folder?
Or is there any other way I can get a ringtone to that My Ringtones folder or due use a ringtone that I made on my computer on my phone?
There's a unaffected by program called bitpim that lets you convert audio files to ringtones. It's a bit involved, but just follow all the info in the help file.

Is there a way to buy Verizon ringtones from the internet?
Feb 05, 1907 by Doobles | Posted in Cell Phones & Plans
B/c I don't have the internet on my new phone and I expect verizon only lets you order straight from the cell. I know you can get ringback tones from the internet so I'm hoping there's another way b/c I can't defence my current ringtones.
You can send me fifty dollars and I can give you 25 of your alternative.
