when i download a ringtone to my phone from www.phonezoo.com it comes up as a .mid as opposed to of a .mp3 like it comes up on my boyfriends, i tried e-mailing the website about this but got no response. is there something on my phone i requirement to change to get it to work? i receive the tone in a pix flix message and there is no sound. i have a samsung phone.

That is the website i use to get all of my ringtones for free, it is very similar to phone zoo and i suppose it is better because, phone zoo doesn't work for me either but myxertones does
